RSPCA frees over 100 abandoned dogs
Perth puppy farmer Jia Xu Dong is jailed for nine months after neglecting more than 100 dogs while holidaying. RSPCA WA inspectors rescue more than 100 dogs from his Canning Vale puppy farm, where the animals were abandoned for days with little to no food or water.
