Sunscreen testing to get tougher after failures
The Therapeutic Goods Administration has proposed sweeping reforms to sunscreen testing in Australia, requiring brands to conduct multiple tests and submit results before product launch. The changes follow a CHOICE investigation that found 16 out of 20 sunscreens failed to meet their SPF claims.
