Judge rules Tyler Robinson can wear civilian clothing in court

A pre-trial hearing has allowed Charlie Kirk’s accused killer to appear in court in regular clothes.

Tyler Robinson’s lawyers argued he should also appear without shackles.

His defence team claimed the intense media coverage of his appearance has “polluted the waters of justice”.

The court denied the request, citing security concerns, but has allowed him to appear in civilian clothes.
