CLC boss testifies against Senator Price in Federal Court defamation trial | ABC NEWS
The head of Australia’s Central Land Council has testified against Country Liberal Party senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price, on day four of a week-long defamation hearing in the Federal Court in Darwin.
Mr Turner claims the senator defamed him when her office distributed a media release echoing claims made by the council’s then chairman that Turner had faced a no-confidence motion. Court reporter Olivana Lathouris was there for ABC News Northern Territory.
