The UN’s top court has found Israel breached its international obligations by not allowing adequate aid into Gaza and impeding aid organisation’s relief efforts in the war-torn strip.
The International Court of Justice’s advisory opinion rejects Israel’s allegations that Hamas infiltrated UNRWA and compromised the aid agency’s neutrality.
The Netanyahu government has defied these findings, describing them as ‘political’ and ‘predictable’.
