Vladimir Putin offers ‘reasonable deal’ to Ukraine

Former US State Department Russia policy adviser James Carden says Russian President Vladimir Putin seems to have a “reasonable deal in place”.

Mr Carden told Sky News Australia that Ukraine “cannot join NATO”.

“But Ukraine can join the EU, that seems absolutely a fair bargain to me.”
