The eastern long-necked turtle is one species it’s hoped will benefit from rehabilitation work at Mount Burr Swamp in South Australia’s South East, which is thriving after recent rain. The Nature Glenelg Trust took over the area, which was previously used for farming and forestry, in 2016.
