‘Obscure comedian’ Trevor Noah blasted for claiming Charlie Kirk’s assassination was ‘funny’

Former ‘Daily Show’ host Trevor Noah has been slammed for claiming the assassination of Charlie Kirk was “funny” because he was defending guns.

During a stand-up comedy gig in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the former Daily Show host shared his opinions on Kirk’s murder.

“The guy was shot while defending guns. Do you understand how — I’m not even writing that as a joke — as a human, you have to admit that is an incongruous funny thing that happens,” Noah said.

“You are there. You’re onstage, like, ‘Let me tell you why people should have guns.’ Wa-pow.”
