Brisbane apartment tower approved with no car parks | 7NEWS
A 397-apartment high-rise development in Milton, Brisbane has received council approval despite having zero resident car parking spaces. The build-to-rent project features two towers, the tallest reaching 25 storeys, with nearly 500 bicycle spaces instead of car parks. More than 40 objections have been lodged by locals who fear surrounding streets will become congested with overflow parking, particularly during events at nearby Suncorp Stadium.
