UK investigates suspected airbase terror plot | Heavy fighting in Yemen leaves civilians dead
A large scale investigation is underway in the UK following the arrest of five men suspected of preparing a terrorist act at a military airbase in southwest England.
Dozens of homes in the nearby village of Whelford, Gloucestershire were evacuated after a farmer reported suspicious activity near the air base.
The facility is used by both the UK and American military, with US bombers using it for strikes against Iran.
