Nick Daicos has won the Brownlow Medal at age 23, claiming the AFL’s highest individual honour with a record 47 votes in a single season. The Collingwood star polled three votes in 13 separate games and votes in 18 of 22 matches, surpassing Patrick Cripps’ 2024 record. During his acceptance speech, Daicos paid tribute to Logan, an eight-year-old Make-A-Wish cancer patient and Magpies fan, whom he has supported through community commitments.
