A speeding Porsche driver is being questioned after a fatal collision in Point Cook killed two women, a 33-year-old driver and her 67-year-old mother-in-law, when the vehicle T-boned their Toyota Corolla in a 60km/h zone. Police are tonight hunting around a dozen youths involved in an alleged wild knife fight that left a teenage girl with stab wounds. The Victorian Government has reached a settlement with teachers after 93.1 per cent of non-unionised public school staff voted in favour of pay rises between 28–32 per cent over four years.
