Helicopter training flight gone wrong
CCTV has captured the moment a helicopter training flight went wrong in the US.
A flight instructor in Utah lost control of the chopper whilst adjusting the speed regulator.
Both the instructor and student escaped the crash with non-life threatening injuries.
