Surfer shark attack rescue; Teens attack Zoo crocodile; Fifteen children found living alone | 7NEWS

Shannon Dunn paddled into bloodied waters to rescue surfer Mel Ismail after a shark attack at Glenfield Beach near Geraldton, with the victim losing part of his leg to the ocean predator. Two teenage boys, aged 16 and 17, allegedly broke into Perth Zoo’s crocodile enclosure after dark and attacked Dangalabba, a 45-year-old, 400-kilogram crocodile. Fifteen children, including two aged five and six, were discovered living alone in a house in South Hedland, with their parents allegedly leaving them to fend for themselves for extended periods.
