Convicted rapist attends King Harald’s funeral | 7NEWS
Marius Borg Hoiby, the 29-year-old convicted rapist step-grandson of Norway’s late King Harald, was granted permission to leave house arrest at the official royal residence to attend the funeral. Hoiby served as one of the pallbearers alongside seven members of the royal family who accompanied the coffin through the Royal Palace in Oslo. He is Queen Mette-Marit’s son from a previous relationship and is not in the line of succession nor blood-related to the late king.
