Telsra fined for misleading customers
The Federal Court has ruled Telstra misled 9-thousand broadband customers in 2020 by changing their plans without them knowing cutting their internet upload speeds. The telco has been slapped with an $18 million fine. Affected customers will be reimbursed $15 for every month they were on the alternate plan. #telstra #telco #fine #federalcourt #internet
