‘Preserve the safety’: Palestinian family barred from UK

Former Labor MP Michael Danby says a UK Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood, has taken actions to “preserve the safety” of British citizens by barring a Palestinian family.

“Western democratic governments have to … protect the public good, which is their primary concern and primary responsibility,” Mr Danby told Sky News host Rowan Dean.

“Whoever has come in without proper security clearances needs to be examined properly.”
