Neuropsychologists disagree on murder-accused’s mental state | ABC NEWS
NT Supreme Court jury members in the trial of Brendan Kantilla, the man accused of murdering an international student more than two years ago in Darwin, have heard conflicting evidence about the accused’s mental capacity.
Mr Kantilla has pleaded not guilty to the murder of 23-year-old Bangladeshi man Isfaqur Rahman, with the defence arguing he had a substantial mental impairment at the time. Olivana Lathouris has this story for ABC News Northern Territory.
