FBI prepared for ‘any type of threat’: Security ramps up for FIFA World Cup
The upcoming FIFA World Cup presents a major security challenge for American law enforcement as the US is set to host 78 matches across 11 host cities in 39 days.
FBI Atlanta Special Agent Shaun Matthews says they are “highly trained and prepared to respond and deploy at a moment’s notice to any type of threat”.
