Australia now has five time zones as daylight saving kicks in
Daylight saving has started this weekend in several parts of Australia, bringing more sunlight into the afternoon and evening.
But the change also brings with it five different time zones across the country, rather than the usual three.
Daylight saving will continue until Sunday 4 April 2027, when clocks move back by one hour.
