Queensland police have shot dead a man allegedly armed with a long-arm rifle during their response to a domestic violence incident at Narangba house on Cavill Way, north of Brisbane.
Officers fired multiple shots at the man when he allegedly refused to stop advancing towards them while they were speaking to a member of the family.
Superintendent Kerry Johnson says he has so far not detected any indications of police wrongdoings during the incident.
